Jan 1 2009 - Kalpataru Day

A new year has begun. Here is a puzzle. At what point in time does the sun or earth realize that it is starting afresh! Not ever!!. This is because the earlier action never really ends to start afresh. New Years are man made as it is not like a sun rise or a sun set, a rain or a thunderstorm which starts and re-starts between periods of time. If that be the case , what is so special in man made new years, I wonder!
Come to think of it, today is still significant.Years back In 01-01-1886 , God man SriRamakrishna while walking on the lawn of a garden house raised people's consciousness to that of a super conscious one by a single touch.All of those who had this opportunity experienced a super conscious state in which they felt their spiritual desire being fulfilled . This day is being celebrated by the followers of SriRamakrishna as "Kalpataru Day". Kalpataru in Sanskrit means "wish fulfilling tree".

Mumbai Attacks

Just a while back I read an online article on Wall Street Journal that a Pakistani Probe admits to Local Lakshar links to mumbai attacks .According to the news a top Lashkar commander, Zarar Shah, has admitted their role in the Mumbai attack. Catch this - General Hamid Gul, an ex. Director of ISI was one of the four men accused by Ms. Bhutto for attempts on her life in 2007.In 2006 in a GEO-TV interview General Gul boasted to his host, Dr. Shahid Massood that he was helping Taliban fight against Americans.
It's time for Pakistan to wake up and for it's own sake.Pakistan's ISI has created a monster which it cannot control.With NATO in the north western province, Pakistan now cannot afford to wink on anti-India activities on it's soil.

Me! Just arrived!!

This was haunting me for a long time. To create a blog for myself. But some how couldn't convince myself to take the time to do it. I always thought that I had a lot to give people in terms of ideas, concepts etc. When I first heard of this blogging sensation some 7 years back I kind of perceived that people didn't use blog in the way it should be and at least that's what I perceived. My intrigue and fascination for blogs stopped.
For the past couple of years those thoughts kept receding and the thought of how various blogs helped me in various ways than one pushed the former thought more faster until I realized these blogs have more benefits than one. It's like a telescopic tool to see the thought process of people using this provision.Isn't that too good?. Yes! its too good to be true and its also true it's time that I also write my thoughts ,ideas , my learning's and processes.... So my dear readers, here I am! ..me" I have arrived" and I promise you that you will have more of me in the days that I live.
